I had a problem this morning with my old hot water heater. I immediately contacted Dean who had recently done an exemplary job of diagnosing and replacing my old furnace. He recommended replacement of my 20-year-old water heater and sent someone here within an hour to start removing the old water heater. Dean arrived shortly thereafter with the new heater, and they had it installed in 90 minutes. The workmanship and cleanup of the work area was excellent.
